Allocation of very scarce medical interventions such as organs and vaccines is a persistent ethical challenge. We evaluate eight simple allocation principles that can be classified into four categories: treating people equally, favouring the worst-off, maximising total benefits, and promoting and rewarding social usefulness. No single principle is sufficient to incorporate all morally relevant considerations and therefore individual principles must be combined into multiprinciple allocation systems. We evaluate three systems: the United Network for Organ Sharing points systems, quality-adjusted life-years, and disability-adjusted life-years. The Bill is in many stages of development and there is zero way of knowing how much input is coming from Dr Emanuel or Holdren. Why would Obama not appoint Dr Emanuel? Of course he would.

Yes many on the left cheered US Deaths in Iraq and wanted to photograph coffins to exploit them for partisan purposes. Every time the Iraq War death toll reached another milestone 500,1000 etc the left wing media was gleeful. Harry Reid declared the war lost 2 years ago. Wake up.

Democrats won elections 2006 and 2008 without offering solutions. They basically bashed away at Bush and everything that was wrong. Obama offered very generalized " Restore trust in Government" types of things.
Newt should be the next President. America will look past his personal problems.

The left successfully stifles debate on issues close to their hearts. Some want Global Warming denial to be a crime. Homosexuality is another. Most experts would be publicly flogged if they said Homosexuality was abnormal or a mental disease etc.
There are no "experts" who say homosexuality is abnormal or a mental disease. Anyone who says that is, by definition, not taken seriously in the psychiatric community and therefore, not an expert.
